Catalyst by Grace is a faith-based mentoring program designed to empower young women to embrace who they are in God, discover their unique calling, and step confidently into service. Born out of the personal journey of Clara Richardson-Olguin and her daughter Alondra, the program exists to offer hope, mentorship, and guidance for young women navigating the challenges of adolescence.

At Catalyst by Grace,  we believe that true growth comes from giving back. Through our Community Outreach program, we guide our mentees to discover their purpose by engaging in meaningful acts of service. We maintain a carefully curated database of volunteer opportunities and partner organizations where young women can serve in safe, trusted environments with a history of positive impact. Whether it’s supporting local charities, faith-based initiatives, or community projects, we help each mentee find a service path that aligns with her gifts and passions. In serving others, our mentees not only strengthen their communities but also grow in confidence, compassion, and leadership.
